📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and editing of digital content, including articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
• Collaborate with senior editors to refine and improve content quality and consistency.
• Conduct research and fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and reliability of published content.
• Support the editorial calendar by managing deadlines and coordinating with contributors.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of editorial guidelines and style sheets.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.
• Provide administrative support to the editorial team, including document management and scheduling.
• Learn and apply industry-standard tools such as Google Docs, Trello, and Canva.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and tools such as WordPress, Medium, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Passionate about storytelling and digital media, with a strong interest in the publishing industry.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
