Assistant Distribution Center Operations

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of the distribution center, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Collaborate with the Distribution Center Manager to implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Utilize SAP and WMS to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate reports.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure high standards of performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution center activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or distribution center management.
• Proven experience with SAP and WMS software.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management system is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
