📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Managing reservations and ensuring smooth room allocations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest inquiries promptly.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination for our guests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
