• Lead and manage the Visayas and Mindanao operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement operational plans to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee a team of 50+ employees, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Manage a budget of Rp 50 billion annually, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability.
• Drive market expansion initiatives to increase our market share and presence.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or equivalent role in a similar industry, with a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent strategic and operational planning skills.
• Proficient in using financial management tools and software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
