You’ll assist in managing employee relations, support recruitment efforts, and help develop and execute marketing campaigns. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating with hiring managers and coordinating interviews.
• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and event marketing.
• Manage and update company databases, including employee records and customer information.
• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
• Assist in organizing and executing company events and promotions.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and marketing teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or marketing, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
