📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running.,Manage a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present regular reports on store performance to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
