📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting risk assessments and surveys to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Analyzing data and providing actionable insights to mitigate identified risks.
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies and plans.
  • Conducting training and awareness programs to educate employees and stakeholders about risk management.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of risk management initiatives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in risk management.
  • Reporting to senior management on the status of risk management activities and providing recommendations for improvement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the risk management field.
  • Certification in risk management (e.g., CISM, CRISC, or equivalent) is a plus.
