In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and route planning.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Oversee the performance of the fleet, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and driver behavior.,Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve fleet productivity.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and other stakeholders.,Provide leadership and support to the fleet team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the safety and reliability of the fleet.,Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
