Depot Indra Motor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management.,Plan and organize special events or promotions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for food safety.,Experience in managing a team and motivating staff to achieve targets.
