SHIFT Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and passionate Medical Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Providing accurate and timely information about our products to healthcare providers.
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Attending medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events.
  • Submitting regular sales reports and performance updates.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry and regulations.
  • Ability to travel (if required).
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
