📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation and functionality of MEP systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Inspect and test MEP systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to address any issues or deviations in MEP systems.
• Ensure the proper documentation and record-keeping of MEP systems and quality control processes.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of MEP works.
• Provide quality assurance and quality control advice to the project team.
• Ensure that all MEP works are completed on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices in MEP quality assurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP quality assurance, with a proven track record in construction projects.
• Certification in MEP quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as SNI (Indonesian National Standard) and PUI (Indonesian Building Code).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using MEP quality assurance software, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or Tekla Structures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
