As a Junior Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of banquets and events, ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquets and events, including guest lists, menus, and decorations.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth execution of events.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event attendees.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities and equipment.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and goods.,Maintain accurate records of event details and guest information.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Support the Banquet Manager in any additional tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A valid driver's license is a plus.
