Salon Umar Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our coffee shop in Bintaro. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from the office and remotely. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about coffee and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high standards of quality and service.,Manage a team of baristas and staff, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor sales and inventory, implementing strategies to improve performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the coffee industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.,Certification in coffee training or barista skills is a plus.
