• Lead a team of Specialist Solutions Architects to drive customer success and solution delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.
• Monitor and optimize solution performance and customer feedback.
• Participate in sales cycles to ensure technical feasibility and solution design.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data and AI.
• Report on team performance and solution delivery metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a technical or engineering role, with at least 5 years in a management position.
• Strong understanding of data and AI technologies, including Databricks platform.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English, with Swedish being a plus.
• Valid work authorization for Sweden.
