📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Support the HR Manager in performance management, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs.,Support the HR Manager in any other HR-related tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
