📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including medical and nursing assessments, treatments, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the medical team.
  • Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatments, and care plans.
  • Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active registration as a registered nurse with the relevant nursing board.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in oncology or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of oncology treatments and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
