📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Conduct research and development to improve existing products and develop new ones.
  • Ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are safe and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mechanical engineering field.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we have access to the best materials and equipment.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and other mechanical engineering tools and technologies.
  • Proven track record of success in designing and developing high-quality mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
