📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
