📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize HR shared services functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS.
  • Oversee the delivery of HR services across various departments, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Represent HR at various stakeholder meetings and events.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR shared services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR shared services, with at least 3 years in a senior executive or executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing HR shared services functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
