As a Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our branch, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Ensure that all branch policies and procedures are followed and that the branch is compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Maintain strong communication with the central office and other branches to ensure that all operations are aligned with company goals.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
