📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of data analysts and providing guidance and support.
  • Developing and implementing data analysis strategies to support business objectives.
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate insights.
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
  • Mentoring and training junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of data through data validation and quality control processes.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data governance and data security best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
