(Hybrid) Store Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory, and food and beverage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee staff training and development.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of inventory management and food safety regulations.
• Experience with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
