Central Food Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Lubuklinggau. As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of office and field work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and providing excellent service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent stockouts.,Conduct regular stock checks and implement loss prevention measures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to the central office.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Understanding of loss prevention and inventory management practices.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining office and field work.
