Field Community Development Manager - PT Asco Prima Nusantara

PT Asco Prima Nusantara is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Community Development Manager to lead our community engagement and development initiatives in Kaimana, Papua Barat. In this pivotal role, you will drive the implementation of sustainable community projects, ensuring that our initiatives align with the needs and aspirations of the local community. As a Field Community Development Manager at PT Asco Prima Nusantara, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of various community development programs. You will work closely with local stakeholders, government officials, and community leaders to identify key issues and develop effective solutions. Your daily tasks will include conducting community assessments, organizing workshops and training sessions, and monitoring the progress of ongoing projects. You will also be responsible for managing a team of community development officers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of our initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of community development programs in Kaimana, Papua Barat.
• Conduct community assessments to identify key issues and opportunities for development.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community meetings to engage and empower local stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sustainable community projects that align with the needs and aspirations of the local community.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing community development projects and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local government officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Manage a team of community development officers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of community initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in community development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community development, preferably in a remote or rural setting.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing community development projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with local stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Familiarity with community development software and tools, such as CommCare, DHIS2, or similar platforms.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to remote areas.
