📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining distribution channels including online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and direct bookings.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to distribution partners.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to distribution channels, providing timely and professional resolutions.,Assist in developing and implementing distribution strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distribution management.,Support the distribution manager in any additional tasks as required.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a distribution or sales role within the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of distribution channels and systems such as OTAs, GDS, and direct bookings.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
